Pastoral Leadership

Bishop Scott and Shellie have served the Palm Harbor Church for the last 30 years.  

In addition to pastoring Crossroads Chapel Palm Harbor both Scott and Shellie serve in various ministry positions along with pastoring.  

These ministries include Heaven Saints Motorcycle Ministry (H.S.M.M.), homeless ministry, men's ministry, women's ministry, Women Of Worth (WOW) conference, international ministries, prison ministries, camps, and children's ministry.

Pastor Scott holds a Bachelor degree in Christian Leadership from Lee University and is an ordained Bishop with Church of God of Prophecy. 
Pastors Scott and Shellie have four children that are actively involved in church and church work. They are extremely blessed in having eight (8) grandchildren that are being raised in church and on the Word of God.

Shellie Creasy's background is in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelors Degree from Faith Christian University and was formally the School Administrator at Oldsmar Christian School teaching pre-K - 12, focusing on high academics with a Biblical world view. Shellie has since left the school to become fully focused on the Crossroads ministry.​
