Tithes and offerings what's the difference?

Your Tithe, (tithe means 10%) is the first 10 percent of your income that God calls you to give to your local church when ever you get paid. This could be daily, weekly bi-monthly or monthly.

An offering is any money, time or both that you choose to give above and beyond your tithe.
Where should I give my tithes?
That's a great question as most people do not know.
Your tithes should go to the place where you get fed and to the Pastor you call when you need an answer to one of life's issues.
Where do I send my offerings?
Another great question where many people are also confused. As noted earlier, an offering is anything above your tithes. You can send your offerings anywhere you want to invest in the gospel. After all, it is YOUR offering which is above and beyond your tithe and you can do with that as you wish.
